As a small business owner and entrepreneur, and with nearly 25 years in the insurance and employee benefits arena, Robert Moritzhas built Moritz Financial Group with experience and hard work.

Owner and Senior Principal - With skills finely honed from the previous work expertise, Robert began the process of building an Individual, Executive and Employee benefit firm utilizing many relationships he developed over the prior 17 years. He has successfully helped many start up and established businesses create their own distinct benefit packages that reflect their unique needs.
Benefits Design, Inc. - January 1999 to March 2004
Senior Account Executive - During this time Robert continued to build his career and client base, focusing his efforts to support over 500 professional and executive clients to help them with their planning needs, including employee and executive benefits and retirement planning.
Southwest Business Consultants - April 1995 to December 1998
Vice President of Marketing - worked closely with a CPA to offer products that had distinct tax advantages for business owners and executives. This position vastly expanded Robert’s knowledge of start up business’ unique needs and ability to recruit talent via benefits, during the start of the tech boom.

Owner and Operator – At the age of 24, Robert opened Righetti’s Pizza and managed all the start up, day to day and fiscal operations of this restaurant that eventually expanded to two locations. Sold business to enter the Insurance and financial services industry.
